Why Is strength training so important?

As we age, strength training is the superhero of workouts. It will literally save your body. Our muscle mass will typically start to decline by age 30 and will decrease by about 8% per decade. A process we need to try and reverse! Regular exercise, particularly strength training, can help counteract these effects by building and preserving muscle mass, strength, and function.

I absolutely love 3x30. It's so easy to follow and the 30 minutes are done and dusted before I know it. The exercises are all able to be done in your own lounge room and can be tailored to suit your ability. It feels like Jayne and Katie are in the room training with me. I always feel better after I've completed the 3x30. Highly recommend it.
