Who We ARe
Jayne
With over 15 years experience as a personal trainer, I balance my career with being a mum to my two daughters. Exercise has been a key part of my life for nearly 20 years, although I’ve never been the type to live and die by the workouts. I love strength training and working out in my home gym, sticking to 30-minute sessions similar to the 3x30 workouts you'll find here on this platform. I created 3x30 because I understand how challenging it can be to figure out what type of exercises to do, how to fit them into busy schedules, and how to stay consistent in the long term (this is really the biggest one, repeatedly showing up).


Here at 3x30, you'll mostly find me personal training my sister, Katie. Even after 15 years, I still love training and find great satisfaction in motivating others. Outside of training, my husband and I spend a lot of time chauffeuring our kids to their basketball activities (seriously, it’s like another full-time job), reading, and catching up with friends over a meal.
Authenticity is absolutely imperative to my values so you’ll always get a good dose of the REAL Jayne in our workouts. I love to chat. I was always the "chatterbox" as a child, and I hope that through 3x30, you'll feel like you're getting to know both Katie and me as we work out and often share a laugh.

Hi I’m Katie,
I am a Nutritionist, wife and mum to two beautiful boys. Before I began my journey into Nutrition, I spent many years as a facialist, where my love for skincare started and never really faded - I sure love my face oils! But with that I saw the connection good food had and my desire to help others feel confident and healthy both inside and out has become my great joy.
Over the years, I've refined my approach to health, embracing a balanced lifestyle that truly works for me and my family.
I’m passionate about creating simple and nutritious meals that my family love. Feeding boys who are very active has become a full time job in itself! I believe that healthy eating should be accessible and easy, without the need to follow complicated recipes.
Anyone who knows me knows I love to walk, it’s been my favorite form of movement for over twenty years. I've walked countless streets in many countries (in the early days, I even carried a discman). I find walking my favourite way to reset recharge and get those steps up - and it's free!
I'm excited to share this fitness journey and to be trained by Jayne alongside you. Together, we're dedicated to helping you become your strongest, healthiest self.
